In relation with my last blog, I should probably mention that in general linking to domains with pagerank higher than yours is a good way of influencing your own pagerank. However, I always believe that outbound links should be relevant to your user. Otherwise it just doesn’t seem very professional. But try to find industry webpages or related companies with a higher pagerank and link to them. Of course you should not link to competitors but if you are selling products, I think it would be good to link back to the producers, websites that have tested or reviewed the products or blogs which are mentioning or recommending the products. The list is basically unlimited and I think it is only your imagination and maybe time that sets the limits.
